Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Your Valley Fresh Foods employee assistance program is managed by Guidance Resources. You are eligible to receive confidential crisis support and assistance with behavioral health and work/life balance issues. The EAP provides free short – term counseling with counselors in your area, confidential emotional support, assistance with legal and financial issues, work and lifestyle support, help for new parents, as well as access to various educational videos.
